08/01/2001 Furlong, Neila Diagnoses: Plan and Discussion: I believe that your shortness of breath is the result of restrictive lung disease. I will need to review your chest films, but my examination, the lower 2/3 of the right lung is nonfunctional. You may nave an accumulation of fluid in your chest related to the fall you sustained a few weeks ago. I want a new chest film today for comparison to old films. At the current time, I would not recommmend starting any midations, since we do not know the status of her chest x-ray.
