RADIOLOGY REPORT

HILLCREST

FINDINGS:

This study was compared to the examination of 2/23/00.

Since the prior study, an infusion catheter has been placed through the left subclavian vein. Its tip is in the superior vena cava. The port is in the anterior soft tissues of the left upper chest. There is extensive opacification of the right hemithorax, without appreciable interval change since the prior study. The left lung is clar. No left pulmonary masses are identified. No osteoblastic or osteolytic lesions are present.

IMPRESSION:

1.   Extensive opcification of the right hemithorax, probably secondary to mass, consolidation and effusion, unchanged since 2/23/00.

2.   Interval insertion of an infusion catheter and port.

3.   The left lung is clear.
