RADIOLOGY REPORT

WHITE ROCK

TECHNIQUE:

Axial  10  mm  sections were taken through the abdomen post oral constrast post oral contrast ingestion and both pre and post intravenous contrast administration of  100  cc of Omnipaque 300.   The patient was premedicated with Prednisone, Benadryl and Zantac due to a history of contrast allergy.   This study was compared to the prior examination dated 12/30/99.

FINDINGS:

A  5  mm nodule is present in the immediate subcapsular parenchyma of the medial portion of the right hepatic lobe.   This was not present on the prior study.   This may represent a small cyst or could represent metastasis.   No other hepatic mass is identified.   The spleen is free of any masses.   The pancreas is unremarkable.  Multiple gallstones are present.   The bowel pattern is unremarkable.   No renal calcifications are present.  There may be a small cyst in medial cortex of te midright kidney.   No intra-abdominal fluid is present.   No hydronephrosis is present.


IMPRESSION:

1.   Suspected small lesion in the immediate subcapsular parenchyma of the medial portion of the right hepatic lobe.

2.   Gallstones.

3.   This study was compared to the prior examination of 12/30/99.
